Secretary
Xandee is a happily dedicated wife and mother, a devout Catholic, married to Gerardo Pio F. Parco, with whom she shares four children aged 21, 20, 15, and 10. In 2023, Xandee and her family moved to Vienna, where her husband began his role at the OPEC Fund.
Before relocating, Xandee built a successful dental practice in Manila, serving her community with passion and commitment to patient care for 23 years. A proud alumna of the University of the Philippines, College of Dentistry, Manila, she graduated in 1994. She also dabbled in oil painting since 2014, and successfully exhibited her work with other artists at the Ayala Museum Artistspace in April 2023. Now in Vienna, Xandee continues to balance her family life and volunteer work in PACES as board secretary. Traveling, learning a new language, and cultivating her love of painting at the Vienna Atelier of Traditional Art (VATA). Xandee hopes to make the best of her years in Vienna, Austria.
