Priscila is a Social Development Consultant and Practitioner with over 20 years of professional experience working with grassroots communities in the Philippines. She obtained her BSc from the University of the Philippines and her Masters in Rural Development Management from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain.
Priscila believes that that education is key to a nation’s development, and has devoted herself to the education of underprivileged children for the past 17 years.
